Thank you for your interest in having Choosy Kids, LLC provide you with quality obesity prevention and health promotion training. Choosy Kids is devoted to serving child care providers, teachers, parents, and communities with up-to-date strategies and resources in the battle against childhood obesity.

We ask that you complete our training event request form in order for us to best serve and assist you. The purpose is to get to know a little about you, your organization, and the possible future audience. You will be contacted by a Choosy Kids representative to follow up with your formal request. If you are not contacted within five business days, please call the Choosy Kids, LLC office at 304-777-4541.
